Alone in the woods – a tip on sawing wood

Sawing wood in the field is a very practical exercise in precision, endurance and balance, but it can sometimes be a strain on your arms and your back, as well as being a source of danger should you slip and damage the hand stabilizing the piece you’re sawing. In this video I show you a simple method which I find very useful for minimizing the effort and danger in such conditions, especially when I’m out in the woods on my own.
